Our NSP Team Information
Visionary Home Builders of California has joined forces with Affordable Luxury Homes, FCB Homes, Grupe Co., Grupe Real Esate, and Prudential. Collectively forming Our NSP Team, a group of folks local to San Joaquin County and ready to work HUD’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
Our NSP Team began designing a plan around the Neighborhood Stabilization Program in October 2008, a plan ready for implementation that will guarantee program success for San Joaquin County communities. Homebuyers, individuals and families, can learn more about the program and find out how to buy an NSP refurbished home by following the Homebuyers link.

Our NSP Team is currently implementing its plan in California’s San Joaquin cities of Manteca, Tracy, and Stockton. UPDATE 9/10/2009: Visionary Home Builders has been selected by the City of Modesto as one of the NSP recipients to acquire and rehabilitate foreclosed homes in Modesto.
